Return Policy

Return Period

For course enrollments and workshop registrations, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided the course has not yet started. If the course has already commenced, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the portion of the course completed.

For any physical materials or products purchased through our website, you may return them within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period
• For course enrollments, the course must not have started, or if it has started, less than 25% of the course content must have been accessed
• For physical products, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
• The return request must be submitted through our contact form or by email

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning a physical product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately if you receive an item in these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details
3. For physical products, wait for our confirmation and return authorization before shipping the item back
4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorization (if applicable)
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

We will acknowledge your return request within 2 business days and process refunds within 10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the refund request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Courses or workshops that have been completed in full
• Digital downloads or online content that has been accessed or downloaded
• Personalized or custom-made items that were created specifically for you
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date

General Legal Requirements

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, we are committed to providing fair and transparent return policies. This policy complies with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection regulations, including the Competition Act and provincial consumer protection statutes.

Under Canadian law, you have certain rights regarding defective products and misrepresentation. If a product is defective or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, regardless of our return period restrictions.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been processed or the course has started. To cancel an order:

• Contact us immediately through our contact form or email
• Provide your order number and cancellation request
• We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund if the order has not yet been processed

Once an order has been processed or a course has started, cancellation will be treated as a return request and will be subject to our return policy terms.

Refund Procedure

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will include the original purchase price, excluding any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method:

• Credit or debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
• Bank transfers: 10-15 business days after processing

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter.
